Using the WAVE tool to find errors for an ADA
(American's with Disabilities Act) lawsuit?
If you are planning on filing a lawsuit under the ADA, don't use the WAVE tool without explicit permission from WebAim. In so doing you would be violating the terms of WAVE's user agreement which states
The use of WAVE or WAVE results/data for any purpose related to a legal action is not allowed without written permission.
